We are thrilled to announce that Celeste Nel, affectionately known to many of us and our clients as "Bokkie", has been appointed to run our Premium Finance division. This marks a significant milestone not only for Celeste but for our entire organisation, as we embark on a new journey and strive to elevate our business to new heights.
Celeste joined our team at the end of 2019 and has since showcased remarkable dedication and performance in all areas of our business. Her achievements & milestones span across sales and relationship building, and her contributions since joining have been instrumental in this division significantly exceeding targets each and every year and achieving a compounded annual growth rate of 110% since our first year of operation.
Beyond her sales prowess, Celeste has consistently shown an incredible versatility and commitment to our team. Her tireless approach to her work, her enthusiasm for new challenges, and her strong relationships across the market are testament to her dedication to this business.
In her new role, Celeste will be at the helm of all elements of our Premium Finance division, including sales, operations, tech, HR, and credit. She will also be instrumental in spearheading many of the exciting strategic initiatives that we are exploring within our business.
While I will continue to be deeply involved in the Premium Finance division, particularly on a deal, client and credit level - the appointment allows us to not only guide the division to new heights and achievements but also gives PFP the capacity and resources to take advantage of some significant opportunities that it has gained access to.
Whilst it will continue to be business as usual at PFP, we look forward to this exciting new chapter in our Premium Finance division under Celeste's capable leadership and we encourage all clients and stakeholders to extend their full support and congratulations on this well deserved appointment.
